Problem: The organization found that newly hired managers needed guidance in effective leadership traits, which resulted in a number of workplace complaints and decrease in employee retention

Solution: An E-learning course that will teach the 5 key traits of effective leadership.

Results: Decrease in workplace complaints, an increase conflict resolution efforts within operations level without escalation
